Heavy Duty Galvanized Steel Wire Spooler:- Spools 1/4” diameter galvanized steel wire onto 1500 pound spools at a speed of up to 800 feet-per-minute.
Hybrid Payoff / Take-up for Steel and Nylon Cable:- Multi-purpose mobile equipment to manufacture steel and nylon cables used for ship anchoring; unwinds raw material to length and rewinds completed cables.
Respooling Line:- Spools raw product onto small reels or bobbins for a downstream process or commercial sales. Consists of a payoff, measuring system, dancer and spooler.
Wire and Cable Dancer / Accumulator:- Used to measure and adjust cable tension.Also accumulates cable during speed transitions.
